Join us for an inspiring workshop exploring the rich world of Monteverdi madrigals with acclaimed conductor Sarah Latto and members of Bath based chamber choir, Paragon Singers. Discover music from Monteverdi’s fifth book of madrigals, alongside pieces by his lesser known but equally brilliant contemporary Chiara Margarita Cozzolani. This is a wonderful opportunity for enthusiastic singers to delve into the expressive beauty and intricate harmonies of early Italian Baroque vocal music in a supportive and engaging setting. All voice parts welcome!
The workshop will end with an informal performance at 4pm. Do invite friends along to hear us, for free!
