PARAGON SINGERS 50th ANNIVERSARY

2026 marks the 50th anniversary of Paragon Singers, and to celebrate this auspicious year, we are planning three exciting concerts.

Paragon Singers 50th Anniversary Concert

Saturday 21st March 2026, 7:30pm:
Bath Abbey
A mainly a cappella concert of the music Paragon Singers is well known for singing, from Renaissance to the modern day. This will be in a promenade style, with the singers moving around the Abbey.

Purcell’s Lament

Saturday 11th July 2026, 7:30pm
St Swithin’s Church, Walcot Street, Bath

An exciting semi-staged production of Henry Purcell’s last years, featuring a wide range of Purcell’s music, performed to a script produced by writer Steward Harcourt and featuring the singers, soloists and orchestra. It promises to be a feast!

Bach B Minor Mass

Saturday 21st November 2026, 7:30pm
Holy Trinity Church, Bradford on Avon

Rounding off our celebratory year with Bach’s masterpiece!
